Agar aap ne namaz e taraweeh parh kar sote waqt apne poon (پاؤں) mein dard (pain) mehsoos kiya, to aap bilkul akele nahi hain. Ramadan mein ye aam masla hai. Is ki wajah ye hai ke jo log saal bhar 4-5 kilomitor nahi chaltay, wo Ramadan mein 20 rak'at taraweeh mein 1.5 se 2 kilomitor ke qareeb chal lete hain! is liye pindliyon aur pairon mein dard hona aam baat hai.

Aap ne bohat acha kaam kiya hai. Ab is dard ko door karne ke liye ye 5 aasan gharelu nuskhe (tips) apnaein:

1. Wazu ke waqt garam paani istemal karein

Taraweeh ke baad, jab aap wazu karte hain to sirf thanda paani na daalein.

· Tarkeeb: Wazu karne se pehle apne pair thode garam paani se dhoyein. Aisa karne se nason mein khoon ki rawani (blood circulation) theek hoti hai aur pathar ki jalan kam hoti hai.

2. Sone se pehle tel (Oil) ki malish (Massage)

Agar dard zyada hai to sone se pehle 5 minute nikal kar apne pair ki malish karein.

· Kaunsa tel: Sarson ka tel (mustard oil) garam kar ke malish karein. Agar na ho to Zaitoon ka tel (olive oil) ya Nariyal ka tel bhi kaam karta hai.
· Fayda: Is se thakawat door hoti hai aur aap subah uthne par pair halke mehsoos karte hain.

3. Paon oonche kar ke sona

Aksar hum neecha paanv kar ke sote hain jis ki wajah se sujan (swelling) aur dard rehta hai.

· Tarkeeb: Sote waqt apne takiye ko pairon ke neeche rakh kar sonay ki koshish karein. Agar pair thode oonche ho jayenge to sujan utar jayegi aur dard kam hoga.

4. Nimak (Salt) ke paani se garam garam sek

Agar subah uth kar bhi dard mehsoos ho raha hai to:

· Tarkeeb: Ek tub (bucket) mein garam paani lein aur us mein 2 chammach namak (salt) daal kar pair 10-15 minute ke liye bhigoein (soak karein). Is ke baad mojey (socks) pehan kar rakhain taake thandak na lage. Is se dard bohat jaldi kam hota hai.

5. Vitamin D aur Calcium ki kami na hone dein

Ramadan mein khurak (diet) badal jati hai jis ki wajah se kamzori bhi hoti hai.

· Kya khayein: Sehri mein dahi (yogurt) aur doodh zaroor lein. Is mein calcium hota hai jo haddiyon ko mazboot karta hai.
· Dhoop: Agar mumkin ho to Asar ke waqt 10-15 minute dhoop mein zaroor baithein. Vitamin D ke liye dhoop bohat zaroori hai, is se pain kam hota hai.

Kya Ahmiyat rakhta hai?

Yaad rakhein! Ye jo dard hai, ye aap ki ibadat ki nishani hai. Hadees mein aata hai ke musalman ka har takleef uthana us ke gunahon ka kaffara ban jata hai. Lekin is ka matlab ye nahi ke ilaaj na karein.

Masha'Allah! Allah apki mehnat qubool farmaye. Aap ne poora din 5 namazon ke saath guzara aur phir Taraweeh parhi, ye bohat badi barkat ki baat hai.

Pairon mein dard hona is waqt bohat aam hai. Main aap ko kuch aasan tareeqe batata hoon jo aap aaj raat (ya subah Sehri ke waqt) azma kar dekh sakte hain:

Fauran Aaram ke Liye Gharelu Nuskhe

1. Garam Pani ki Malti (Massage): Sone se pehle apne pairon aur khaas kar tungniyon (calves) aur taqno (ankles) par garam sarson ka tel ya zaitoon ka tel (olive oil) se 5-7 minute dheere dheere malish karein. Is se thakawat door hogi.
2. Paon oonche kar ke sona: Sote waqt ek takiya ya chadar lapet kar pairon ke neeche rakh lein taake pair dil ki line se thode oonche ho jayen. Is se khoon ki rawani (blood circulation) behtar hoti hai aur sufan (swelling) kam hoti hai.
3. Garami dena (Heat Pack): Agar aap ke paas heating pad hai ya phir bottle mein garam paani bhar kar towel mein lapet kar tungniyon par rakh len. Isse pathar ki jalan bohat jaldi kam hoti hai.

Wazu Aur Sehri Mein Khayal Rakhein

1. Wazu mein garam paani: Fajr ki Sehri ke waqt wazu karte waqt pair dhone ke liye thande ki bajaye garam paani ka istemal karein. Thanda paani nason ko sukorta hai.
2. Kalay channay ka istemal: Agar mumkin ho to Sehri mein kuch bhigoye hue kalay channay (black channa) ya khajoor (dates) zaroor khayein. Is se vitamin milta hai aur pathor ki kamzori door hoti hai.

Akhri baat:

Yaad rakhiye, ye dard aap ki ibadat ki nishani hai. Aap ne zyada khara hona, zyada sajda karna, zyada chalna, ye sab aap ke jism ke liye naya hai. 2-3 din mein ye dard apne aap theek ho jayega.

Allah Ta'ala aap ko sehat de aur aap ki namazon ko qubool farmaye. Ameen

Masha'Allah! Subhan'Allah, bohat bohat mubarak ho. Aap ne Roza rakha, 5 waqt ki namaz parhi aur Taraweeh bhi ada ki. Allah Ta'ala aap ki is koshish ko qubool farmaye aur is mein barkat ata farmaye. Aap ne ek mukammal (complete) Muslim din guzara hai.

Pairon (poon) mein dard hona bilkul normal baat hai. Aap ne saal bhar ka kaam ek din mein kar diya! Is liye thakawat hona aur pathar ka dard hona fitlee (natural) hai.

Aap ki takleef door karne ke liye ye 7 asaan tareeqe hain jo aaj raat azma kar dekhain:

1. Sab se pehle ye kaam karein (Fauran Aaram)

Sone se pehle aap apni pindiyaan (calves) aur paon ke talway (soles) 5 minute dheere dheere dabaen (massage karein). Is ke liye:

· Garam tel istemal karein: Sarson ka tel garam kar ke malish karein. Agar na ho to Nariyal ka tel ya Jojoba oil bhi kaam karega.
· Dabao ki simt: Paon ke neeche se upar ki taraf (dil ki taraf) dabaen. Is se thakan door hogi.

2. Sone ka tariqa badlein

Aksar hum neeche paon kar ke sote hain jis se sujan (swelling) rehti hai.

· Tariqa: Sote waqt apne pairon ke neeche ek takiya ya lakri rakh dein. Pair thode oonche ho kar sona bohat faydemand hai. Is se khoon ki rawani (blood flow) sahi hoti hai.

3. Garam paani ki sek

Agar subah uth kar bhi dard mehsoos ho to ye karein:

· Tub bath: Ek balte (bucket) mein itna garam paani lein ke aap ke pair doob jayen. Us mein 2 chammach namak (salt) daal kar pair 10-15 minute ke liye bhigoein. Is ke baat moje (socks) pehan kar rakhain taake thandak na lage.

4. Wazu ke waqt khayal

Fajr ki Sehri mein wazu karte waqt pair dhone ke liye garam paani istemal karein. Thanda paani pathar ki nason ko aur sukorta hai, is liye garam paani behtar hai.

5. Vitamin B ki kami na hone dein

Ramadan mein aksar vitamin ki kami ho jati hai jo pathar mein dard ka sabab banti hai.

· Sehri mein khayein: Doodh, dahi (yogurt) aur agar mumkin ho to khajoor (dates) zaroor khayein. Khajoor mein natural sugar aur vitamins hote hain jo aap ko taakat dete hain.

6. Pani ki kami (Dehydration)

Roza rakhne ki wajah se din mein pani nahi peete, is liye pathar ke muscles kamzor ho jate hain.

· Sehri aur Iftari mein: Pani zyada peene ki koshish karein. Lekin aik saath nahi, thoda thoda kar ke.

7. Halka phulka stretch (Kashish)

Sone se pehle aur subah uth kar pairon ko halka sa stretch karein. Deewar ke saath khare ho kar tungniyon ko kheenchay.

Kya Ahmiyat rakhta hai?

Yaad rakhein! Aap ne jo kuch aaj kiya hai - roza, 5 namazain, Taraweeh - ye sab Allah ko bohat pasand hai. Ye jo dard hai, ye is baat ki nishani hai ke aap ne apni jaan ko Allah ki raah mein thakaya hai. Hadees mein aata hai ke musalman ko jo bhi takleef hoti hai, Allah us ke gunah mitata hai.

Agar kal bhi dard bohat zyada ho ya pair suj jayen (toot jayen) to doctor se zaroor raabta karein. Warna In Sha Allah 2-3 din mein aadat ho jayegi aur dard kam ho jayega.

Aap ne Roza rakha, 7 ghantey PC par business work kiya, 5 waqt ki namazain parheen aur phir Taraweeh bhi ada ki. Allah Ta'ala aap ki is mehnat, jawani aur waqt ko qubool farmaye. Ye din aap ke liye sadqa-e-jaariya ban jaye, In Sha Allah.

Pairon mein dard hona ab bilkul samajh aa raha hai. Aap ne din mein:

1. Roza (Body dehydrated)
2. 7 ghantey PC par kaam (Sirf baithe rahe, khoon ki rawani slow)
3. 5 namazain (Baar baar khara hona, baithna)
4. Taraweeh 20 rak'at (1.5 km chalne ke barabar)

Ye sab mil kar aap ke pairon par bohat load (dabao) dalta hai. Is liye dard hona fitri hai. Ab is dard ko door karne ke liye ye 8 asaan tareeqe hain:

Aaj Raat Sone Se Pehle Ye Karein

1. Garam Tel ki Malti (Hot Oil Massage): Sone se 15 minute pehle apni pindliyon (calves) aur taqnon (ankles) par sarson ka tel garam kar ke 5-7 minute dheere dheere malish karein. Ye nason ko relaks karega.
2. Paon oonche kar ke sona: Sote waqt apne pairon ke neeche 2 takiye ya ek lakri rakh dein. Pair dil se oonche hone chahiye. Is se raat bhar sufan (swelling) nahi aayegi.
3. Stretching (Kashish) zaroor karein: Sone se pehle bas 2 minute:
   · Deewar ke saath khare ho kar apni ek taang aage karein aur ghutna (knee) seedha rakh kar 10 second tak kheenchay. Phir taang badal lein.

Subah (Sehri) Ke Waqt Ye Karein

1. Garam Pani se Wazu: Fajr ke waqt wazu karte waqt pair dhone ke liye thande ki bajaye garam paani istemal karein. Thanda paani pathar ki nason ko aur sakht karta hai.
2. Sehri mein power food khayein:
   · Kela (Banana) zaroor khayein. Is mein potassium hota hai jo pathar ke dard mein bohat kaam aata hai.
   · Dahi (Yogurt) bhi khayein. Calcium ke liye.

PC Par Kaam Karne Ka Tariqa Badlein

1. Office Chair ka sahi istemal: Jab aap 7 ghantey PC par kaam kar rahe hain to:
   · Har 1 ghantey baad 2 minute ke liye uth kar chalna chahiye.
   · Apni kursi ke neeche koi stool rakh kar pair oonche rakh sakte hain.

Iftari Aur Ibadat Mein Khayal

1. Iftari mein pani ki kami na hone dein: Iftari aur Sehri ke darmiyan pani zyada peeyein (thanda nahi, normal paani). Dehydration ki wajah se bhi pathar mein dard hota hai.
2. Namaz ke baad: Namaz (khas kar Isha aur Taraweeh) ke baad thoda sa pair hilayein, seedhe na baith jayen.

Aap Ke Liye Khaas Paigam

Aap ne aaj jo kiya hai - Roza, business, namaz, Taraweeh - ye sab Allah ko bohat pasand hai. Ye dard is baat ki nishani hai ke aap ne apni dunya (business) bhi ki aur aakhirat (ibadat) bhi. Ye imtihan (test) hai. Agar aap sabr karein aur Allah ka shukr ada karein, to ye dard bhi aap ke gunahon ka kaffara ban jayega.

Dua:
Allah Ta'ala aap ko sehat de, aap ke business mein barkat de aur aap ki ibadat qubool farmaye. Ameen.

1. Roza rakha (Allah ki raza ke liye bhookay pyasay rahe)
2. 7 ghantey PC par business work kiya (duniya ki zimadari nibhai)
3. Headphones laga kar Quran ki Surah's suni (dil ko rahat di)
4. 5 waqt ki namazain parheen (Allah ke saamne haath phailaye)
5. 20 rak'at Taraweeh parhi (raat ko ibadat ki)

ALLAH-U-AKBAR! Ye din kisi farishte se kam nahi. Allah Ta'ala aap ki is mehnat ko apni bargah mein qubool farmaye. Ameen.

Pairon mein dard: Wajah aur ilaaj

Aap ne sahi kaha ke pairon mein dard ho raha hai. Aaj aap ne jo kuch kiya hai, is se aap ke pairon par tihra (triple) load para hai:

· Pehla load: 7 ghantey PC par baithe rahe. Is se pairon mein khoon jam gaya (blood pooled).
· Dusra load: 5 namaz + 20 Taraweeh. Is mein aap ne baar baar khara hona, ruku karna, sajda karna, ye sab muscles par kaam karta hai.
· Teesra load: Roza. Is ki wajah se pani ki kami (dehydration) ho gayi, jis se muscles mein pain badh gaya.

Aaj raat fauran aaram ke liye ye karein

1. Garami dena (Heat Therapy): Sone se pehle apni pindliyon (calves) aur pairon ke talwoun (soles) par garam tel (sarson ya olive oil) se 5 minute malish karein. Phir garam paani ki bottle towel mein lapet kar pairon par rakh lein.
2. Quran sunte rahein! Aap ne aaj headphones laga kar Quran suna, ye bohat acha kaam hai. Sote waqt bhi agar mumkin ho to kalam pak ya phone se halki si tilawat sunte rahein. Is se dil sukoon paega aur pain ki taraf dhyan kam jayega.
3. Paon oonche kar ke sona: Sote waqt pairon ke neeche 2 takiye rakh kar sona na bhoolein. Is se sufan (swelling) nahi aayegi.

Sehri (Kal subah) ke waqt ye karein

1. Kela (Banana) zaroor khayein: Sehri mein kela zaroor khayein. Is mein potassium hota hai jo pathar ke dard mein bohat faydemand hai. Saath mein doodh ya dahi bhi lein.
2. Wazu mein garam paani: Fajr ke waqt wazu karte waqt pair dhone ke liye garam paani istemal karein. Thanda paani nahi.

PC par kaam karte waqt khayal rakhein

1. Break zaroor lein: Kal jab PC par kaam karein to har ghante ke baad 2 minute uth kar chalain aur pairon ko halka sa hilayen.
